I Am Poem!

I am creative and strong.
I wonder why life is such an adventure.
I hear music everywhere I go.
I see images in the sky.
I pretened life is just a giant movie.
I feel the soft ocean sand.
I touch hearts.
I worry about my family and future.
I cry in ALL movies.
I am creative and strong.
I understand everything happens for a reason.
I say wishing on a star can come true.
I dream that I could fly.
I try to always smile!
I hope someday we will have world peace.

Christmas break!!

This break was for sure one I will never forget.  The first week my family and i did a lot together, and got ready for Christmas!  I went to the mall alot, and went ice skating!  I also hung out with my freinds a lot! We had a ton of movie nights, and sleepovers.  Every Chirsatmas eve, my grandma dresses up as Santa! So on Christmas eve I helped him get ready, and walked around the neighbor hood with him! It was tons of fun.  Then my family came over and we had a big dinner, opened some presents and went to bed.  On Christmas we opened presents, played games, and watched movies all day!  I got a new itouch and the new HTC Incredible!  The next week I went to the mall even more, hung out with friends..A LOT, and spent more time with my family.  New years eve was a party! At 2 in the morning after our party, my friend Afton ivited me, and a ton more friends to her house to have panckes, and play games!! That was super fun!  The only downer to my break was my whole family got sick with strep throat, and my sister got a kidney infection.  Other then that this break was AMAZING!!!

Utopias

I think that utopias can be both good, and bad.  The one is the book is an example of a bad utopia. I can't even begain to imagine a community with out color or memories.  Only fifty childeren were born a year, and if anymore babies were born they would be killed, or "released." I also think that it is a bad thing because they couldn't remember any memories.  If you really think about it, our world could have only come so far because of the past, and all everything the people in the past have created.  We wouldn't know anything if it weren't for the past, memoreis, and creations.  Our world has been able to come so far because of the help of others.  In Jonas's community no one actually helped eachother, unless it was a very important occation.  How were they able to make it so far with so little knowledge?  In this book utopias are not a good thing, in my opinion it was more of a distopia.  I know that because his community killed people, couldn't see color, and they weren't allowed to choose their own jobs. That is what I think.

Cheer and Dance

My two most favorites things to do in the world at cheer and dance.  Cheer is pretty much my life!  I am at cheer four days a week, sometimes five.  My squad this year was the Lone Peak 8th grade A team. I have no idea what I would do without cheer in my life.  My family makes fun of me because I go around my house doing my cheer dances.  My coaches have always been amazing!  My first year my coaches were Kaisha Porter and Kristy Thomas,  my second year my coaches were Kaisha and Alisha Smith, and this last year my coaches were my big sister (Jessica) and her best friend Shanae Creer.  Without such amazing coaches I don't know how I would have made it this far!  My squads have also been AMAZING!!! Two years ago my squad was the best.  We were so amazing, and got first at almost all of the compotitions!!  But this last year will for sure be the year that I will always remember. I had the best squad this last year. Our theme was "Fly high, do or die, dare to dream, cheer extreme!"  We definantly lived by that theme that whole year.  We had our ups an downs, but that's what made us stronger as a team!  We made so many memories including: Conditioning in the stream,  making up random stunts, trying new skills, and of course all of our inside jokes. My favorite part of cheer is stunting, and tumbling. Stunting is such hard work, but it is also very fun to learn new stunts. Tumbling also very fun because you have so much power!  I love to cheer!
Dance is my other favorite thing to do. I have danced since I was three years old.  I have danced ever since then, and love it more then ever! This year my teacher put me in adanced jazz, so I am very excited about that! I will get to go with girls above my age group.  I love dance because you feel so free! I forget everything at dance.

Assignment #1

Family:)
           I have the most amazing family in the world! No family could ever messure up to my family. They would do anything for me, and I would do anything  for them.  I have two sisters. I have an older sister, and a younger sister. My older sister is named Jessica, she is 16 years old. I love her with all of my heart. of course like the typical sisters we fight, and argue, but that never changes the great relationship we have as sisters! Jessica is an amazing dancer. She has danced since she was 3 years old. (Just like me!) She is on the Lone Peak High school cheerleading squad. She is also an amazing cheerleader. Her and her best friend coached my squad this last year, and that was very fun. She has many other hobbies as well: Volleyball, basketball, surfing, tennis, and much more. She is a straight A student, and a crazy fan of BYU! 
         My younger sister is named Alyssa, she is 11 years old. Me and Alyssa get along very well. When we are together, we are crazy! Alyssa is also a dancer, and cheerleader. She is the crazy child of the family. She is not afraid to do anything. Her favorite food is definatley candy!:) She is the best little sister ever.
         My parents are the best parents I could have ever asked for. They do so much for me and support me in all I do. The tree best words to describe them are: AMAZING, KIND, and UNDERSTANDING.
